I really wanted to do this blogging thing. I planned some great posts showcasing my writing skills, but feel hesitant to post anything of substance. It is a little silly, but I am afraid of plagiarism. I wouldn’t want anyone else to lay claim to my ‘brilliant’ thoughts lol. If anyone at all reads this, maybe they will leave me a comment on how they keep people from plagiarizing them.
Other great fears of mine include spiders, tornados, and creepy people lol.

Take some brown sugar and add about 1/4 cup olive oil, and a few drops of lemon juice. Gently scrub face or body with mixture to exfoliate your skin. Rinse with clean water. The sugar is a great exfoliant and the olive oil will make your skin soft. I have tried this myself and it works very well.
Take one package of boneless skinless chicken breasts and lightly pound to flatten. Stuff with one package of Basil and Tomato Feta Cheese, and diced green olives. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Fold chicken breasts around stuffing and pin closed with toothpicks. Sprinkle with more lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350* for 35 to 40 minutes. (Make sure you remove the toothpicks after chicken is done.) Enjoy :)!
2 lb.s potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 in. cubes. 3/4 cup coarsely chopped carrots. 1 med. onion or 1/2 packet Lipton’s onion soup mix. 3 cups chicken broth. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1 cup half-and-half. 1/4 tsp. black pepper. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. ——- First place potatoes, carrots, onion, broth and salt in crockpot. Cover; cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH 3-3 and 1/2 hours. Next stir in half-and-half and pepper. Cover; cook on HIGH for 15 minutes. Turn off heat, remove cover and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted. Enjoy :). (I like to mash the vegetables before adding the half-and-half for a creamier soup. I also add fried, crumbled bacon and cook that w/ the vegetables.)
